What we collect

When you request onboarding, we collect your name, business, email, phone, selected plan, preferred callback time, website and the details you choose to provide. The production integration checklist can collect account identifiers, authorized Google connections and encrypted website API credentials.

Why we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, call about onboarding, confirm scope, configure agreed integrations, maintain service records and secure this site. This form does not subscribe you to unrelated bulk marketing.

Google account access

Google authorization is optional and requests the displayed permissions for each service. Search Console and Analytics connections use read-only reporting access. An optional Gmail connection requests permission to send email for the workflow you authorize; it does not request reading your mailbox. You can revoke access in your Google account. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used to provide the requested connection and is not sold or used for advertising profiling or training generalized AI models.

Storage and access

Production signup records are held in the hosting account’s server-side storage. Submitted API credentials and Google tokens are encrypted using a separate server-side encryption key. Only authorized operators should have access. No card information is collected here. Third-party hosting and account providers process information needed to deliver these functions.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, disconnection or deletion of onboarding information by calling the number above. Unconverted onboarding requests should be reviewed and removed after 90 days unless a continuing business relationship requires retention. The operator is responsible for honoring these requests and applying that retention policy.

Cookies and the sample demo

Essential first-party cookies keep your timed demo and onboarding workspace linked to your browser. The demo contains fictional customers and illustrative figures. It does not send texts, publish articles or connect to live customer data. This release does not install third-party marketing trackers by default.
